What never happens without a tap
Nothing customer-facing is sent, replied to, posted, invoiced or deleted until you approve it.
Nothing goes out until you approve it
No message is sent or replied to, no post published, no invoice issued, nothing deleted, until you tap approve. Reading, drafting and thinking are free and happen without you; the send is the part that waits.
The first two weeks are review everything
Every teammate starts on review everything. You can loosen that per teammate once you have watched their work for a while, and tighten it again in one tap.
Every send is on the record
Work done keeps what went out, who approved it and when, beside the run that produced it. It is the same log we would look at if you ever asked us what happened.
What we keep, and for how long
- Your sign-ins to Gmail, Calendar, QuickBooks and the restHeld by Composio, not by us
- Composio is the service that runs the connections. Workie never sees your password and never holds the keys to your accounts.
- Message content and the drafts written from it90 days, then deleted
- The words a teammate read and the words they wrote for you. Long enough to check their work, not long enough to be an archive.

- Which teammate ran, how long it took, whether you approved. Never a name, never the text of a message, never an address. That is a written rule with a test behind it, not a preference.
How to stop
Disconnect one app
Open Connected apps and tap Disconnect beside it. The teammates who used it stop reading it immediately, and everything else carries on.
Wipe the whole office
One button, one confirm. Everything the team has read, drafted, done and learned goes, along with your business profile.
Deletes the work, the drafts, the activity and your business profile, then sends you back to the start. It cannot be undone.
Google data
Workie's use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your sign-in itself is held by Composio, the service that runs the connections. Workie never sees your password.
