Workie is a team of AI teammates that works inside the apps you connect. This page says what we keep, what we never keep, and how to make us forget you. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect
- Cookies before you have an account. Your browser choices set
workie_analytics_consentandworkie_advertising_consent, two necessary cookies shared by the selling site and the office. Each holds only “granted” or “denied”. If you allow product analytics, PostHog sets its cookie so that coming back tomorrow is not counted as a second person. If you allow advertising measurement while we are running ads, Meta’s pixel sets_fbpand_fbcso a sale can be matched to the ad that paid for it. Signing in later sets a session cookie signed by us. None of them holds a word you typed. Aworkie_tradecookie was named here until 12 September 2026; the question on the front page that set it is gone, and so is the cookie. The office on the front page is a recording: the business, its customers and its numbers are fictional, and watching it writes nothing anywhere. - Your email, if you ask us to send a page. The founding-owner form and the “send this to yourself” line pass the address and that page’s link to Resend. Resend delivers the page and keeps the address on our founding-owner contact list for occasional updates. Every broadcast includes an unsubscribe link; an address that has opted out is never re-subscribed by submitting the form again.
- Your account, if you make one. Name, email, and the organisation you belong to. Sessions are cookies signed by us.
- What the team does for you. When you connect apps, the teammates read and write in them on your behalf, and we keep a log of every action with the run that made it, so you can see what happened and undo it.
- Usage analytics without content. Signed-in product operations can record events like “a run completed” or “a card was approved”, with a workspace id, timings and counts. If you allow browser analytics, we also count pages and actions in this browser. The text of your emails, quotes, posts and messages is never sent to analytics, and never used to train anything.
Your browser choices
You can allow or stop product analytics and advertising measurement separately at any time. Stopping either one does not change how Workie works. Stopping advertising measurement also removes Meta’s browser identifiers. Signed-in product operations can still create the content-free operational events described above.
Advertising
If you allow advertising measurement while we are running ads, Workie loads Meta’s pixel and our own server uses Meta’s Conversions API. Five things are reported between them: a page was opened, the office replay began, an address was left on a form, a checkout was started, a plan was bought. Each carries an event id. The browser and server copies of a purchase share one, so that sale is counted once rather than twice. Your IP address and the browser identifiers Meta sets for itself ride with it, and the purchase carries the plan’s price. Nothing in any of them is a message, a draft, a customer of yours, or a word a teammate read or wrote.
Your email address is not part of it. Meta offers a matching feature that takes a scrambled copy of an address. It is switched off, and while it is off no address of yours reaches Meta. Blocking third-party scripts in your browser stops the pixel. If advertising measurement was allowed, the server records sent after a retained address, a Stripe checkout and a payment carry the identifiers named above and no email address. Where no pixel is configured there is no Meta code on the page at all and nothing is sent.
What we never do
- Send anything to a customer of yours without your approval, unless you have turned a routine send on yourself.
- Sell your data, or give an advertiser anything your teammates read or wrote.
- Keep app access after you disconnect an app. Disconnecting is one tap on the connections page.
Who else touches the data
The model behind the teammates runs on Anthropic’s Claude. App connections go through Composio. Hosting is on Vercel, Fly.io and Railway; email delivery on Resend; analytics on PostHog; advertising measurement on Meta, as described above; payments on Stripe, which alone sees your card. Each of them holds only what its job needs.
Deleting everything
Email us from the address on your account and say “delete”. We remove the account, the office, the logs and the connections within seven days and confirm when it is done.
