These are the terms for using Workie. They are short because the deal is simple.

The replay

The office on the front page is a recording, free to watch and needing no account. Everything in it is a sample: the business, the customers, the emails and the numbers. Nothing in it reaches a real person.

The plans

• A paid plan is charged when you start it, for the first month, at the price shown on the plan you picked.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops the next charge; the team keeps working until the period you paid for ends.
• Each plan includes a number of actions a month. An action is something that reached a customer or changed a record. Reading, drafting, thinking and asking you are free. Past the included actions you keep going at the per-action price on the plan, and we tell you before you get there.
• If the team did not earn its keep, tell us within 14 days of that first charge and we refund it in full.

Your responsibilities

• You approve what goes to your customers. Anything you approve, or any routine send you turn on, is sent in your name.
• You keep the right to use the apps you connect, and you tell us if an account is shared.
• You do not use the team for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful to the people it writes to.

Our responsibilities

• We show you every action with the run that made it, and we let you undo what can be undone.
• We keep your data as described on the privacy page and delete it when you ask.
• We are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss; our liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous three months.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we email account holders before the change applies.
